此次合作将助力英格卡长期战略布局，同时为其开辟了进入中国蓬勃发展的不动产证券化市场的通道。根据协议，高和资本将担任该基金的基金管理人及执行合伙人；英格卡则将作为普通合伙人及基石投资者，继续拥有荟聚品牌并经营这些购物中心，保持荟聚品牌和运营的品质。
GoHigh Capital and INGKA Centres Announced a Strategic Partnership — GoHigh Capital, a pioneer in China’s private equity real estate market, specializes in investments in shopping malls and other commercial properties, as well as the securitization of such assets. Recently, GoHigh Capital and INGKA Centres announced a strategic partnership to establish a Real Estate Fund. The fund will hold three LIVAT shopping malls located in Beijing, Wuxi, and Wuhan. This cooperation is subject to the approval procedures of the relevant Chinese authorities. The partnership contributes to INGKA’s long-term strategic initiatives while providing access to China’s fast-growing commercial property securitization market. Under the agreement, GoHigh Capital will serve as the fund manager and executive general partner, while INGKA will act as a general partner and cornerstone investor. INGKA will continue to own the LIVAT brand and manage the meeting places, preserving the brand and operational quality.
