在“十四五”开局之年,在喜迎中国共产党百年华诞到来之际,2021年6月21日,“博时招商蛇口产业园封闭式基础设施证券投资基金”作为首批基础设施公募 REITs在深交所挂牌上市。标志着中国公募REITs的正式启航,不论对于中国广义实体资产投融资机制的改革,还是中国金融资本市场的整体建设,都具有划时代的里程碑式的意义。
